   Are you telling us now that you've made access   
   to the base, as anyone could do? Where a month   
   ago you were claiming that QMR RV park was   
   blocking access to the place?   
      
   You told us then that you had physically visited   
   the site and could not gain access. You were   
   asking then if miso would consider visiting   
   the site to take some of those famed telescopic   
   photos.   
      
   What's changed your mind/story?   
      
   Either something drastic has changed there at   
   the site, or you didn't visit it the first or   
   second time, or maybe neither.
