You were       >asking then if miso would consider visiting       >the site to take some of those famed telescopic       >photos.              miso did visit and he was right on the mark in his       evaluation of the place, unfortunately.              >       >What's changed your mind/story?       >       >Either something drastic has changed there at       >the site, or you didn't visit it the first or       >second time, or maybe neither.       >              as I said in an earlier post , in my first visit we quite literally       ran right through the base to the northern limit which is QMR. it was       the only resistance to our progress and I " assumed " ( yes I know )       it was the base entrance. ( it has a resemblance to the       satellite maps of the ' base " entrance location , see maps I posted       earlier )        after our visit the first time, we came back better prepared (       ready to hop fences and get evidence , pictures etc ) and by virtue       of printed out acme satellite maps and a gps ,       quickly discovered that QMR is in the far back of the " base " and       that we had driven past miles of " so called " portals , sims etc and       never seen anything. careful back tracking , using the gps and gps       atlas, and printed out tehachapi photos we were able to locate large       numbers of the " so called " items of interest. all of which turned       out to be mundane , boring , uninteresting stuff.              like I said, all is out in the open, easily accessible via public       roads and access , even around behind QMR. forget about any of this       stuff here in the NG and go take a look for your self. seeing " is "       believing for sure.                     to avoid the mistakes we made first trip, use the handy locators I       posted earlier , having done all the work already. print out       a number of the interesting site pictures to help you locate them 9       years after the fact. ( all the pictures on the Tehachapi base site       are Acme map excerpts that are 9 years old or so ) lots of weeds,       brush and trees in those locations now, not to mention dozens more       prefab houses and trailers that have popped up nowadays       all over the space that is supposed to be inside the base but is       actually public county roads. .              >Got any photos?                     just for you, go see alt.binaries.a51 !!                            first trip we were on the way to vegas via a night in prim.       we kinda did a hurry-up job on the place. 2nd trip was       a " focused " site only visit , laden with technical equipment and       bright people to help. shows you what a " hurry up " job can       accomplish !! simply put, ! I'm man enough to admit the crap job we       did first visit ...... hey vegas was a call-in !! and we didn't       expect to get close to a " so called " multi billion dollar secret       installation. it was easy to ' fit " the circumstances into the       mental picture ( developed from reading the bull on the tehachapi base       site ) we had carried to the place. QMR made sense under the       delusional circumstances we were handling in our heads ( as       skillfully prepped by Steven Smith )        it's a shock to discover that you have rushed right through the       middle of a " so called " billion dollar super secret base with no       hinderance or resistance of any kind !! total access, anywhere you       want, it's all public ! guards , dogs and spheres should have been       knocking the stuffing out of us , but no one cared we were there at       all. ( and I dearly wanted one of those spheres , and came prepared       to get one too ..... now I feel kinda foolish,. a job well done by Mr       Smith for sure )              >       >       >Lumpy              k.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
