   So, what you say the Epstein said is that the "secret U-2 work' actually   
   consisted of:   
      
   1.) JCS was given lists of place names by the Army Corps of Engineers   
   2.) JCS typeset these into little name tags which were given back to the Army   
   Corps of Engineers   
   3.) The Army Corps of Engineers affixed these tags on maps that were in part   
   derived from satellite and aerial photagraphy.   
      
   That is, the "secret U-2 work" consisted of making little name tags and   
   handing them back to the Army.    
      
   And you think that this is somehow super-sensitive?
