   Meanwhile, my "1:22pm DPD radio message translates as The Jacket Was Planted"   
   shows how the Brocks' jacket-dumping tale was wholly manufactured.  They (or   
   one of them) last saw the running man at Jefferson & Beckley, still with *his*
