   Moodrating consists of moodraters rating moods and disqualifying ratings   
   result in initial notices of mood noncompliance. Most important to keep a 'it   
   eating grin on one's public internet face and snap to it when herding   
   electrons into moodrated textual    
   thoughts and messages onscreen online. Or have a bottle of WhyTout to cover   
   the whole screen. No moods and false moods will not be tolerated. Get a mood   
   or leave now.   
      
   Please put all donations in the donations box. Donations are needed for   
   quality moodrating to continue. The more that is donated the higher the volume   
   of moodrating and thus better quality.   
      
   Please note moods are only temporary and may cause symptoms of dizziness,   
   indecision, paralysis, respiratory ailments, fairness, etc. If experiencing   
   any of these these things consult a moodrater privately and get issues   
   resolved privately without    
   dragging down the whole tribe. If one cannot get issues resolved privately one   
   will be banned by the banners and maybe even lurked by the lurkers and trolled   
   by the trolls.   
      
   And remember without this system civic minded henchmen (figuratively, not   
   literally) and henchwomen (figuratively, not literally) have no henching   
   (figuratively, not literally) to do, and when they have no work the mortishun   
   has less work, as do the    
   coughin' makers and graved aggers, less overall foods are consumed, stagnating   
   restaurant and the grocery industries, etc. etc. etc.
