He thinks we wouldn't have all this       spam if I had ignored it. Giltardo is not very good at figuring things out.               I have Google Groups so I can't answer whether it is unique to those using       Google. I am curious as to why this has just        recently become a problem. What has changed that has suddenly brought all this       spam. The other unmoderated group I       participate in isn't subject to the spam. We do have one or more assholes who       just swamp post with pages and pages of       irrelevant posts, always with a different name. The most prolific poster       usually has an anti-Semitic rant.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
