   As I understand it, Google Groups will continue as usual, just without Usenet.   
   So I've created a group at the link. If I understand the settings right,   
   anybody can post anything they want using whatever name they want, and there   
   is no moderation. You    
   might have to be logged in to Google to use it. There is nothing there right   
   now but my initial message. I don't even know if I will use it. But it is
