   1. Lovelady was not on the steps at the time of the shooting.   
   2. Adams saw Shelley and Lovelady on the 1st floor "by the elevators" about 1   
   and a half minutes after the shooting.   
   3. Shelley and Lovelady are not seen walking in the Couch film. Those are Arce   
   and Dougherty.   
   4. Power to the elevators was turned off and on and off again after the   
   shooting.   
   5. Frazier was in the basement .   
   6. Harry Weatherford climbed into the 2nd floor window, at the stairway by the   
   lunchroom, shortly after the shooting.   
   7. Marrion Baker is not the motorcycle cop seen running in the Darnell film.   
   8. Roy Truly hollered up the elevator shaft twice.   
   9. Baker said that his run into the building and to the 2nd floor took longer   
   than 90 seconds.   
   10. Shortly before the shooting somebody on DPD radio channel one said,   
   "Oswald." And apparently Oswald responded a few seconds later, "All right."   
   11. Somebody on the DPD radio said "I be Jarmin armed with a gun," shortly   
   before the shooting.   
   12. The Sawyer description of the suspect was of a man running from the   
   building carrying a rifle.   
   Any explanation which fails to incorporate these facts fails to explain what   
   happened.
