Sorry Ben. You lose. This place is only mildly amusing at this point. There's
just a few of us left, and it's time to let it go. When I first posted here,
one of my kids was still in diapers. He's full grown and graduating from
college soon. My once
blond hair has turned ash grey and I'm starting to think about what a
retirement would look like away from the cold tundra of Minneapolis. Almost
all of the heavyweight posters are gone, many due to a lack of interest, many
due to death. This is an old
hobby kept alive by a few remaining baby boomers, and Google Groups has told
us---like a bouncer announcing at closing time at the neighborhood pub--that
although we don't have to go home, we can't stay here.

I did learn some things here. My MAIN takeaway is that there is a real
honest-to-goodness disorder or malady called CONSPIRACISM, which differs from
the belief in conspiracies. Conspiracies are real. People conspire to rob
banks, manipulate elections,
and yes, assassinate Presidents and political leaders. However, you and Gil
are afflicted with conspiracism; you have no conspiracy theory to present. You
cannot narrow down what happened that day, and you seem immune to
understanding that this crime
only happened ONE WAY, and that you (or Team Oswald) have the burden of
presenting a counter-version of what might have happened, and that the other
side carries no burden as they have put forward something specific that
history--to this day--accepts as
the most likely solution to the crime: Oswald alone, no KNOWN help.
You never got this, and Gil still flails away at being Oswald's online Johnny
Cochrane.
