   On second thoughts the Indonesian government have just doubled the price   
     of petrol and diesel overnight by imposing taxation on these fuels.   
   Could this be anything to do with the bombings? Doubt it, but anger and   
   desperation in one of the poorer parts of the world can spill out in   
   strange ways.
