   I was correcting your error in thinking that English prosecutors decide   
   against prosecution only when they believe there would be insufficient   
   chance of a guilty verdict. You were mistaken to think that.   
      
   As for 'independent thinking', you have repeatedly shown in this thread   
   that your own 'thinking' is based on the idea of 'Pentagon uber alles'.
