   Yep, Fayed is still active in France, that is true.

   Yep, Fayed will probably appeal as often as he can, just to let the gullible   
   believe there is a big cover up. He will not produce any real evidence to   
   back up his claim that Prince Philip orchestrated an assassination. Fayed   
   has changed his story on many occasions. He now focuses on the morgue where   
   Henri Paul's body was stored. I think it is obvious why. His legal team   
   pointed out to him that information on the other bodies in the morgue is   
   protected by law. In itself this is a very good thing, since nobody has to   
   know which bodies were stored there. But it also a loophole for Fayed. He   
   now can claim that his story about the switched blood samples (a story he   
   invented when his earlier stories were torn to pieces) cannot be disproved.   
   He of course will claim that this prove of a cover up.   
      
   Fayed hasn't produced a shred of evidence to prove his murder allegations.   
   The conspiracy theorists haven't explained why.
