   Probably farmers, hauliers or air-traffic-controllers.   They're the   
   chaps in France who normally set fires (in the case of the first two) or   
   cause widespread disruption.   Possibly radical students being retro and   
   remembering what their parents did in '68.   
      
   Nothing usually comes of it, what with them being French, though, so I   
   wouldn't worry too much.
