   Those wishing to carry out such an act might be thought more likely to   
   want a really big bang rather than a small one, and warnings of a   
   'specific' terror-attack threat were recently put out by State security   
   in the UK (which isn't getting mentioned much now), but I accept the   
   point that bigness doesn't 'prove' conscious agency.   
      
   Have you noticed how some news reports are going on about the weather in   
   the area? 'Ooh, it looks misty this morning, let's hope the oil terminal   
   doesn't explode and wake people up in Amsterdam!' said the head of   
   security to his deputy. Doesn't sound right, does it?
