   You've got a foolish way of saying you haven't got a clue. You're

   I didn't say it "should" be anywhere.   
      
   You may not have heard much about it on the telly or in the 'Sun', but   
   there are offices at Buncefield - including the HQ of a company with   
   Stephen Lander on its board. It ain't just cylindrical metal containers   
   with flames coming out. The photo at Cryptome shows around 200 cars   
   parked outside the Northgate HQ.   
      
   I rather doubt that the NWOO HQ is anywhere near central London.
