   Actually, yes. They are in the process of re-developing the Whale Island   
   complex in Portsmouth and intending to move the entire command centre   
   there. I've got the plans somewhere, together with an artist's impression   
   of what the final design will look like.   
      
   It was featured on the front page of The Portsmouth News about a year ago.
