   Pardon my french, but how the fuck does that work?  You can demand the full   
   force of the law move people on who are looking at you?  You can scream at   
   people to stop looking at you?   
      
   There is no law stopping people from looking at you in public.  There is no   
   law stopping people from making notes of your whereabouts at any time.   
   Heck, they're even allowed to follow you around making even more notes. :)
