   The 'Guardian' quotes a Foreign Office spokesman saying that the issue   
   of a 'DA' Notice means that it would be "illegal" for any 'British'   
   media to publish the name of Nicholas Langman, the MI6 officer accused   
   of torture.   
      
   Fucking curious then, that, AIUI, the name has already been published in   
   the 'Morning Star', who haven't been prosecuted.
