These are completely different questions from 'do you think it was an
   accident?' A person can answer Yes/No, No/No, Yes/Yes, or No/Yes,
without saying anything about whether they think it was an accident or
   murder.

   >Could you "blame" someone for it? Yes, Dodi for a start, for his
   >stupid ideas, and his fixation with avoiding the paparazzi.

We've discussed this before, and I know it's your view that they were
headed somewhere other than the apartment near the Champs Elysées, which
apartment was known (including by Dodi Fayed's security) to be covered
   by paps already.

In your view, how did anything Dodi Fayed did contribute to the crashing
of the car? Actions, not 'ideas' or 'fixations'.

   >Is there confusion and conflicting witness reports concerning the
   >incident? Yes, but that is why most major incidents have Inquries
   >afterwards, so the conflicting statements can be examined. This
   >incident is not unique in people having "seen" and experienced
   >different things.

Quite true, but not at all an answer to the question!

   >Was it a conspiracy? I don't think so, and until there is some
   >compelling evidence to PROVE otherwise, then I will be left to the
   >conclusion that is was an "accident".

Why? You are not on a jury trying someone. The SIS Director of
Operations did not explain to Hervé Stephan what he was or was not doing
in Paris. Why assume that absence of a tape of his telling an Increment
team 'go go go!' means he's innocent? What circumstantial evidence might
   you find compelling?

   >A few half baked and contradictory "theories", using half-truths,
   >accusations, and downright lies, do not lead one to conclude that it
   >was anything but an "accident".

!!! How about the highly-organised foul play that is pointed to by the
so-called 'lack of identification' and 'disappearance' of the Fiat Uno?

Re. lies, I might mention lies such as that the car hit a pillar at
   125mph.

But, back to semantics. If it depends on semantics, let's sort them
   out...

How likely do you think it is that deliberate foul play, designed to
cause injury or death, caused, or contributed to, the crashing of the
   car?

   Regards,
