No it doesn't. It means it wasn't caused deliberately.

This rudeness doesn't hide the fact that there is little support for
your assertion that the crash wouldn't have happened if Dodi had
   "listened to his security advisors".

I've heard that some people try to beat lie detectors by immediately
   following lies with irrelevancies.

How do you know Trevor Rees-Jones wasn't in on it?

The Fiat Uno didn't send the Mercedes into a pirouette. Most of the spin
was caused by its impact with concrete. This occurred after its motion
had been affected by contact with the Fiat Uno. A lighter vehicle can
affect the motion of a heavier vehicle sufficiently to change its
direction of movement so that it crashes. This is especially so when you
factor in that the driver of the heavier vehicle is trying to minimise
the impact with the lighter vehicle. I'm sure they teach personnel in
the SAS and SBS that momentum has direction as well as magnitude, and
how to maximise its component perpendicular to the target vehicle's
   initial direction.
