   There was an episode on "The West Wing" where one of the characters was   
   told to turn his phone off, his response was along the lines of   
      
   "Are you seriously trying to tell me that an aircraft that cost 27   
   billion dollars to develop can be brought down by a $9.99 cell phone"   
      
   Hey Osama, forget the knives, and those complicated bombs, get 500 of   
   your operatives onto planes and simultaneously turn the phones on, think
