   That was Ken Livingstone yesterday morning. He was so pissed off that   
   his morning tea-brak biscuits weren't Fig Rolls as usual (due to a   
   strike in a factory in North Korea I believe), that he chucked the plate   
   out of the window where it whacked Wlfred the Wandering Whale who   
   happened to be passing just at that moment.
