   What I meant was, do you think only patients (I called them 'punters' to   
   underline how they are treated as 'numbers' by those who own and run the   
   system) should be banned from using mobiles, or do you think the same   
   rule should apply to officials (including quacks) and staff?   
      
   If you think about it, it's similar to a 'no talking in the ranks' rule.   
   It's like one of those libraries where readers are supposed to keep   
   their voices down (as indeed people should in libraries), but the staff   
   are always bawling and hollering.   
      
   There's so much smoke and mirrors in the 'health' system, and this is   
   just one example. The system is not about protecting the 'general   
   interest', not in this way, nor in any other way. It's about profit and   
   it stinks to high heaven.
