   You have the attitude (and terminology) of a cop - exactly the sort of   
   attitude they try to put into nurses' heads these days. Those who don't   
   like it, of course, leave as soon as they can. I've known several people   
   who did precisely this.   
      
   What do you think motivates all the managers and medics in the 'health'   
   service (and the drug company executives and property speculators and   
   suppliers, and assorted other filth?) Fucking philanthropy?
