   Ask him who devised the system for administering his surgery - as in,   
   who publishes the 'textbook' on how to do it. (Probably a drug company -   
   probably Bayer pharmaceuticals to be specific).   
      
   Also, does he mind whether or not he gets the 98% vaccination coverage   
   on which some bonuses depend?
