   2012? Do you think it will take as long as 6 years for the carrying of   
   ID cards to become compulsory??   
      
   Six years ago, back in 2000, most people didn't even know that mobile   
   phones functioned as locators. Now, most people don't give a toss.   
      
   Interested people could usefully discuss what sort of propaganda   
   campaigns will be used to 'sell' compulsory mass microchipping.   
      
   Stories about how ID cards are 'inefficient' and 'subject to forgery'   
   will doubtless play a role. Always be very sceptical when opinion-former   
   so-called 'opponents' offer 'criticisms' such as these.
