   He is being investigated with a view to being charged with tax evasion   
   and money-laundering (widely reported).   
      
   As for money-laundering, he has been caught with his trousers down. 'Got   
   a mortgage so I could invest in the Channel Islands fund before it   
   closed' indeed! From someone like him, with two decades of experience in   
   'investing' money internationally, for the 'organisation' of a certain   
   Italian billionaire with a surname beginning with 'B'! Mills SET UP much   
   of the Berlusconi money-movement international network.   
      
   (Dunno what this is, with the initials. Should we call the organisation   
   the 'M'? :-) )   
      
   Any idea what period of time was stated on the mortgage agreement with
