Countries without the resources or miltary technology to make
attacking them a daunting prospect because of the massive and
instantaneous damage they could inflict on the Americunts.

The Americunts could not attack Russia, China, India or many other
countries with the military resources and technology to hit back so
hard the Americunts, and much of the world, would be plunged back into
the stone age. Already Iran has the means to make the Americunts
suffer militarily and all the industrialised countries suffer
economically should Dumbo decide to attack them. Even backward North
Korea, with its nuclear weapons, can keep the Americunts at bay.

Many of the countries of South America are particularly vulnerable to
the Americunts, and the only realistic defense they have is asymmetric
warfare. To face Americunt military technology head on would be
suicide, the only realistic strategy is to make them pay dearly and
wear them down by unconventional means.
