Because even if the Venezuelans can field two million men against one
hundred thousand Americunts, then the Americunts would easily win in a
head on confrontation. This is because of the Americunts overwhelming
   firepower and technology.

Grunts on the ground are not the only, or even most important, part of
the equation. The Venezuelans may well be superior numerically, but
the Americunts are superior technologically, and it is technology that
matters in conventional warfare. Which is why the Americunts should
never be fought conventionally. Fortunatly they are vulnerable to
   asymmetric warfare.

If the Vietcong had met the Americunts head on in a conventional
conflict, the war would have ended quickly in an Americunt victory.

It is only because the Vietcong were masters of asymmetric warfare
that they could give the Americunts a much deserved ass kicking and
drive the bastards out of their country.

   Yes, I would think so.

   >> If they do, they can defeat the Americunts and keep Venezuela free.

   Exactly.
