"Banana" has made many strong statements about legal issues concerning the
Paris crash. To mention just one: the date of the opening and adjournment of
the Inquests into the deaths of Diana, Princess of Wales and E. Fayed. He
claimed this happened in 1997. On the basis of this claim he produced
various legalistic "analyses" that, in short, "proved" that Coroners were
acting unlawfully. Posters who asked for evidence were snubbed. I thought
and think that "banana's" "analyses" were based on a phonecall his fellow
conspiracy theorist going by the name Gethryn Stone made to the Surrey
Coroner's Office. She was told the Inquests hadn't been opened and
adjourned, but that burial orders were issued. She confused the two.
"Banana" confused the two also because he had made his mind up and because
he wanted to attack anybody who dared to disagree, even if they were
Coroners or other knowledgeable people. When it turned out that he had made
a big error, "banana" went into silent mode and never posted about the issue
   anymore.

Now he goes into "expert mode" once again, attacking Lord Stevens, who, of
course, knows far more about the law and the crash than "banana" or even
"Dr" Fernandez. Not being English, betting is something I rarely do, but in
this case I will make an exception. I'll bet that "banana" "forgets" the
legalistic outburst just like he forgot his "analyses" about the openin
   gdate of the Inquests.
