   What is the connection of the UDHR (Article 14) with the legality of war?   
   Iraq was in material breach of it's obligations as stated in UNR687 and   
   under UNR 1441 The consequence of continued violations was a resumption of   
   hostilities. The fact that you bring the jews into the equation leaves me to
