Much more equitable!              If the water goes off, we might be talking stuff like typhoid,       tuberculosis, etc. Also it might be turned off specifically in order to       create a crisis - epidemic disease, compulsory mass vaccination, etc.              Did you see the recent propaganda, saying that a boy had died of       measles, and that 'sir says' this shows the importance of 'doing what       sir says', and getting vaccinated? This was the top article on BBC radio       news yesterday.
