Florida, I think...              That was only when the lower courts where not able to make the decision.              It is for the States to decide the means by which they decide how their       electors vote within the electoral college.              It has become convention within all the States that it is done by first past       the post election, and the winner of that election gets all the votes of the       elecotoral college (i believe one or two exceptions exist to this).       Elections are State organised, from top to bottom, and considering the       states with big cities on the east and west coast are largely Democrat       strongholds, and have been for sometime, if the machines where corrupt,       would they use them????????????              Gaz              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
