   What should decent people call 'Americano' coffee?   
      
   Not being a calf, I don't drink latte or cappuccino.   
      
   I drink coffee 'Americano', i.e. espresso topped up with hot water.   
      
   But it's getting embarrassing to order it!   
      
   If pro-war American nationalists can call chips 'freedom fries' instead   
   of 'French fries', can some anti-war opponent of the American empire   
   please think of a term to replace 'Americano' for coffee???
