   I couldn't disagree more. Lord Stevens' inquiry into collusion   
   between the security forces and paramilitary groups in Northern   
   Ireland showed that he was quite prepared to ruffle establishment   
   feathers in the interests of truth. So I see no reason to doubt   
   that he will report exactly what he finds in this case too.
