   If you know whether a given school in the UK is or isn't FINGERPRINTING   
   pupils, please could you post to this thread.   
      
   Please name the school and say whether it uses fingerprinting or not.   
      
   According to one figure, "3500" UK primary schools are fingerprinting   
   pupils. This would presumably mean hundreds of thousands of pupils. But   
   I haven't been able to discover a hard source for this.   
      
   It doesn't matter what your connection to the school is - e.g. whether   
   you study there; have a brother or sister who studies there; work there   
   as a teacher, cleaner, dinner lady, etc.; have children who study there;   
   or are well-informed about it for some other reason.   
      
   All genuine information is welcome.   
      
   Details as to which age groups are being fingerprinted, whether it is   
   being done voluntarily or compulsorily, etc., are also very welcome.
