I've never denied that there are some supremicist elements in the Israeli
government. That does not mean, however, I cannot see their side when they
are attacked without obvious immediate cause from outside. Nor does it
absolve the terrorists of their racist agenda, who clearly want Jews out the
ME. Or Iran or Syria for supplying the terrorists with missles.

One thing that amuses me is that Arab governments only seem to care about
Arab/Muslim deaths when non-Arab/Muslims are doing the killing. They don't
seem to care when Iraqis are killing other Iraqis. Or Somalians killing
others. And most Arab countries don't give a damn about the Palestinians -
unless, of course, the Israelis are harming them.

Such discrimination in official/identity documents on religious/ethnic
grounds also occurs in many Arab countries I believe.

I am against racism. I'd like to see the "holy" books of the "great" faiths
phased out, as I believe these contain what many see as incitements to
discrimation on racial or ethnic or historical grounds. I note with some
irony though that attitudes that many accuse the Jews - especially
Israelis - as having have their parallels in the Arab world and in the
Islamic scriptures. Plus in their popular media and culture. Jews are
singled out many times in the Koran for special abuse. It could lead one to
believe that the current hatred of Israel is merely a convenient excuse for
a wider agenda against the Jews ;-)

Let's hope we can achieve such an ideal world.
