   The latter didn't take off until long after 1968.   
      
   And business-travel prices are usually fixed by cartel and expense   
   account corruption rather than by the open market.   
      
   More importantly, if the gentile authorities can't guarantee 'best   
   practice' in air security, why the hell are they licensing airlines to   
   run flights in the first place? A question not of course asked in the   
   media.   
      
   It's not as if air travel is especially important to producing anything!
