   My own experience of Dame Butler-Sloss, having heard her speaking a couple   
   of times, is that she  is an extremely intelligent and capable person. Why   
   her talents are being wasted on this footling matter I have no idea, but if   
   the case needs an extremely good judge then she should do the job very well   
   indeed. Her integrity is surely beyond reproach, no?
