   No wonder they let him drive, then. He was one of those drunks who manage to   
   sound and look quite sober. But afterwards the autopsy report showed a high   
   level of blood alcohol which can only mean.... er... that the secret police   
   tampered with the samples in order to support their colleagues at MI5.
