   After seeing a program on TV about the crash the other night I am beginning   
   to believe it was just an accident.   
      
   One question comes to mind. The program said the car was doing 70 - 90 mph   
   when it entered the underpass. Why the hell didn't the bodyguard tell Diana   
   to put her seatbelt on???
