   There is no discussion. Fayed presented this picture as "proof" that the   
   traffic camera's were working that night. When this lie was exposed he went   
   into silent mode.

   Standing in the slow lane? On a busy four way road in the middle of the   
   night? In the middle of Paris? You must been joking, try standing in the   
   middle of London on a busy road around 00:00 hrs. and see what will happen.
