   15 years prior to all this happening Fayed was never out of the news   
   for one reason or another.  The man just can't stop hogging the   
   limelight.  Fayed is a most dubious fellow and has never played ball   
   since he was refused a British passport.   
      
   The fact he was denied a passport is what lyes right at the core of   
   Fayed's need to constantly be in the news and his unhealthy obsession   
   with the English "Upper Classes".
