   wouldn't care or know what was going on.  Numbskull ... we got new   
   definations of performance for this guy.  Big Cheer for Bush the Worst ...

   goes up later ... as only the Government can take over long term investments   
   ... not any one on Wall Street you know  ...  all cream for the SALERIES AND
