   Dear Members of the Board for Exchange Bank:   
      
   This is a very difficult letter for me to write.  I have been an Exchange   
   Bank customer for over 20 years and I love Exchange Bank.  Frank Doyle, and   
   the past few decades of social improvement, scholarships, advertisement   
   money, the efforts of your hard working staff, and THE PROMISE that your   
   office would NOT do anything stupid as they did in the 1920's with   
   unregulated financial schemes of those who could corner the market if they   
   liked, kit checks, and otherwise steal from the Bank depositors and   
   investors.  Hence came the FDIC, to protect depositors and Banks changed   
   what they did.  Today the power mad elected are protecting investors, the   
   big money millionaires to our great disservice.  Americans are so very   
   foolish as Abe Lincoln noted.   
      
   I have to close my accounts now, and not do business with you any more.  I   
   also do not have a clue how your are going to get your good name back.  I   
   think it is impossible, because no matter how you propagandize the   
   advertisement money over time... people will always say, that this safe bank   
   did it once, they will do it again.  Exchange Bank will not keep a promise.   
   They do not honor the hard earned wisdom of our grandfathers.  They say one   
   thing and do another like any wet or dry drunk stuck in their toddler   
   tantrum would do.   
      
   The people in Exchange Bank who hire your Bank Presidents, and allow   
   sweetheart deals to later write off bank loans with no collateral and no   
   assets to back them up from very good long time customers that are big money   
   millionaires at the bank ... or investing in Ohio houses Madoff style what   
   ever your story is ... well they are stuck in their toddler tantrum.   
      
   Any person who lies to you, steals from you, is immature, and did not get   
   the love they were suppose to have in childhood, so they live in fear and do   
   the sick things you have seen done.  Wife beaters come from this same   
   problem of child abuse.  A child casting deceptions about the cookie jar is   
   no different then the magical thinking your office went through to invest   
   for loss $50 million out side of the Redwood Empire ... something you said   
   you would never do.   
      
   Here in Sonoma County it is all reputation in making business, and I suspect   
   you will have some people who will stay on at Exchange Bank, but I am a tax   
   payer and I think you already have enough of my money over the years to   
   come.  I am not interested in keeping you in business with my money, and   
   also pay off the treasury check you just received courtesy of Lynn Woolsey   
   while she violated her oath of office to uphold the US Constitution.   
      
   From now on, all people can say about Exchange Bank are poor comments.  Your   
   Bank President is stuck in his toddler tantrum, and the people who gave the   
   go ahead after hiring him to do this ... they are stuck in their toddler   
   tantrum.  It is how Jonestown happens, and why people drink the koolaid ..   
   they were raised as abused children to roll, and they did what ever they had   
   to just to shut him up.   
      
   There is a whole science to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and how the   
   toddler tantrum makes for bad work conditions, sex triangulations going   
   postal at work killing your employees, and loss of business.   The toddler   
   tantrum is bad for money and bad for business.   
      
   If a person hates their father, they will have divorces, extramarital   
   affairs, and dead children, they will not keep a roof over their heads, have   
   problems taking in money and paying debt.  Once the love comes in, this gets   
   all fixed.   
   Likewise for a person who hates their mother, they will be an addict, they   
   will be off with food, drugs, medicine, therapy, philosophy and make bad   
   medicine.   
      
   To make good strong money, one must make good strong medicine.   
      
   That good strong medicine only comes with the internalized love of your   
   parents and you having a felt sense of that inside which only happens in   
   healthy families.  Applied psychophysiology interventions will get you there   
   on a par with crying out the bitter salty tears.  This is a simple process,   
   that really hurts like hell to do, and a person must be absolutely   
   determined to fix this as they are fed up with themselves and what they do   
   to destroy lives.  Hence your employees and management will make more money   
   like they were doing for the past 60 years or so ... before you tossed that   
   away.   
      
   Your Bank President, and the people who hire that person ... they will not   
   cry out the bitter salty tears, so they make the casualties, sadness and   
   regrets you see before you.  This emotional IQ damage, makes it difficult   
   for people to see what they do in destroying lives, and admit that they are   
   doing it.  It is likely people reading this missive, will not agree with it   
   at all.  Again, people who are off with their mothers, are not interested in   
   learning about making good medicine so they would of course object to   
   something as presented here for your consideration.   
      
   I only mention this, in the hopes you will want to make a better future for   
   your selves as individuals, as for management I think it is to late for this   
   Bank.  You create it all I am sorry to say.  No one else is to blame if you   
   are interested in looking for what is broken and where the proper fix is.   
   If you do not fix this inside of you, you will continue to do what you have   
   done.  A wet drunk becomes a dry drunk and you get President Bush and   
   President Obama in what  the toddler tantrum looks like, both of them are   
   little boys equal to Hitler in all respects right down to magical thinking   
   ... and so are the people who did this to Exchange Bank and to every tax   
   payer in Sonoma County.   
      
   I hope you put some study into it.  I respectfully suggest it makes good   
   business sense to incorporate this information into your management   
   psychology.   
      
   In finishing this letter I want to give Bear Sterns their good name back   
   that cost so very much and get a refund.  Glad Exchange Bank as 49 Million   
   dollars of Treasury money so you can stay in business with a population   
   whose trust you violated upon breaking your promise.  I continue to think   
   you Exchange Bank people are the great and am very sorry that I can no   
   longer do business with you because of these circumstances of violating the   
   promise of Frank Doyle.
