   yo yo yo guys ...   
      
   listen up.   
      
   Bay Bridge is falling down, metal fatigue you know despite being built   
   to take military tank traffic.   
      
   The NEW fix they are on about is the old fix as it is not a new eye bar   
   to replace the old eye bar that is about two feet wide and more in the   
   eye beam category of bars.   
      
   To bad they did not have audio sensors in place during the bridge   
   construction they have failed to get so much data much like listening to   
   a volcano burp along.   
      
   Here is is traffic and wind and even the spin of the earth.   
      
   So what is the fix I am talking about.   
      
   Vehicle Passenger traffic during day light hours.   
      
   The time of normal use, under promised over delivered are over for this   
   bridge folks.   
      
   No more normal use .. it is to old and the foxing white boys club is to   
   little to late.   
      
   Passenger traffic only from 5 am to 9 pm ... with buses and such in the   
   center lane of the bridge.  They are light enougn not to need a travel   
   interval ... but it is good to keep a quarter mile between them.  Give   
   them their own center lane to use.   
      
   This center lane is also for night time heavy truck traffic.   
      
    From 9 pm to 5 am of course so gas trucks and produce can come in with   
   other needs.   
      
   They must have a half mile interval between trucks and they travel at 40   
   mph over it ... as the bridge speed is now 40 mph for EVERYONE until the   
   new one is fix.   
      
   Folks .. the whole bridge is now a construction zone, and it has been   
   cut and crippled ... now you must treat it differently .. it is not the   
   same as the old bridge.   
      
   Duhhhhh ...just look at it.   
      
   It is on the way to being torn down with a chunk already removed and   
   that is what is wrong ... no terra firma holding down the end like it   
   was used to.   
      
   Remember that spin of the earth problem.   
      
   It adds up over time.   
      
   Recommend you implement these changes as having the old bridge under   
   constant emergency repairs using it as before to me is misplaced and   
   full of poor judgment.   
      
   When you kill people it become odious.   
      
   You have been foxing lucking right now ...   
      
   Next time ... luck run out.   
      
   Now take advantage of this warning and make these necessary and needed   
   changes ... so the foxing white boys club has to take a financial hit   
   for foxing around with us.
