   Are the poor killed by those insurance companies? I heard that all   
   medical insurance didn't guarantee a 100% claim. :)   
      
   The police has nothing to do with it.   
      
   The Health Science Centers have nothing to do with it unless they hired   
   fake doctors and nurses. I don't wanna go into the licensing of medical
