   It is a very poor design. It locks out the sizable percentage of people   
   still using 640x480 screens, such as anyone using computers at libraries in   
   my county. (It looks amateurish at sizes above 800 x 600, too, but this is   
   a fault shared by the vast majority of business sites.)
