Not true! The response to extreme G force may very well be a
externally induced OOBE. The blood is forced out of the brain and the
death process starts. If it was continued for a long period there
would be a risk of brain damage from dead neurons. The body and
consciousness actually separates. There is a great deal of evidence
supporting the separation of consciousness from the body. Such as
viewing distant events that could not have been viewed otherwise,
receiving information that could not be obtain through "normal"
methods, and even vision in those whose eyes were blind.

Our definition of what is "dead" has had to change greatly. It once
was just the absence of a heartbeat, but now we have people pronounced
dead after 30 min with no brain waves, and returning to full health,
and reporting NDE's. There is a tremendous amount of evidence that
there is much more happening than brain chemistry can even begin to
explain. But on the other side, brain chemistry can not even explain
consciousness itself, mush less an NDE.
