   Yes, though it might be more accurate to say that the soul has them. They   
   incarnate into increasingly complex bodies, driven by the urge of the soul   
   for full consciousness, and eventually incarnate into a human body. From   
   there they continue to incarnate as humans with full, but impressioned,   
   consciousness.
